For health protection and hygiene reasons, earrings are sold in a sealed protective package. Please note that once the seal is broken or the packaging is opened, the item can no longer be returned or exchanged without a reason. We recommend checking the item through the transparent packaging before opening. However, your 24-month statutory warranty for manufacturing defects remains fully valid even after opening!

A Quick Note on Pre-Wear Care: While our hygienic pouch guarantees your pieces are brand new and untouched, please note that the jewelry is not medically sterilized. We highly recommend gently disinfecting your new silver jewelry (using a piercing-safe saline solution or an alcohol wipe) before putting it in for the first time. This step is especially important if you are planning to insert the pieces into piercings that are still fresh or healing!
WARRANTY & DEFECTS: Every single JULE piece undergoes strict quality control before it is shipped to you. However, if a manufacturing defect (such as a loose stone or a faulty clasp) ever becomes apparent during normal wear, you are fully covered by our 24-month warranty. Please note that breaking the hygienic seal only voids your right to a standard return without reason—it does not affect your warranty!
