• EU Standards: Our packaging strictly complies with the European hygiene directive (2011/83/EU). It is not just a rule; it is our promise that your health is protected.

How to Inspect Your Jewelry Before Opening We want you to instantly fall in love with your new pieces! That is why we intentionally use crystal-clear protective packaging.

• View the details: Through the transparent pouch, you can easily inspect the size, the nature-inspired design, and how the silver catches the light.

• Check the fit: You can safely hold the sealed pouch up to your ear in front of a mirror to see how the jewelry matches your style.

Understanding Our Return & Warranty Policy We understand that sometimes you might change your mind, but at the same time, we must 100% protect our customers' health. Please note that this strict hygienic packaging rule applies exclusively to earrings, not to other types of jewelry.

• Intact seal: If the hygienic seal remains completely untouched and unbroken, you can confidently return the piece without a reason or exchange it within 30 days.

• Broken seal: Once you open the packaging, the earrings can no longer be returned without a reason due to hygiene standards. This strict rule is the only way we can guarantee all our customers that we never resell a piece that has already been tampered with.

• 24-Month Warranty: Breaking the seal only limits standard returns. It has absolutely no effect on your statutory warranty! If a manufacturing defect (such as a loose stone) becomes apparent during normal wear, your piece remains fully covered by our 24-month warranty even after the packaging has been opened.

A Quick Note on Pre-Wear Care While our hygienic pouch guarantees that your pieces are brand new and untouched, please keep in mind that the jewelry is not medically sterilized. We highly recommend gently disinfecting your new silver jewelry (using a piercing-safe saline solution or an alcohol wipe) before putting it in for the first time. This step is especially important if you are planning to insert the jewelry into piercings that are still fresh or healing!
